Apostle Sandra Blaylock-Hall — Founder and CEO
With over 47 years of community leadership, pastoral guidance, and educational advocacy across North Houston and Aldine ISD, Apostle Sandra Blaylock-Hall spearheads our mission to bring lasting hope and restoration. As founder of P.A.C.T. (Pastors Alliance Coming Together) and the Houston Black & Brown Mental Health Alliance, she ensures our organization empowers youth to choose purpose over pressure and unlocks vital resources for the entire household.

Tisheika DuBose — Program and Marketing Director
Tisheika DuBose holds a B.S. in Management and brings more than 20 years of operational management, supply logistics, and non-profit youth administration experience as a proud U.S. Army Veteran. Her disciplined execution and creative passion keep our educational initiatives, youth development workshops, and community reach operating at peak excellence.

La'Keidru Blaylock — Director of Community Outreach & Alliances
La’Keidra Blaylock serves as Director of Community Outreach & Alliances, leveraging over a decade of systems-level advocacy as Executive Director of Breaking Chains Making Amends (BCMA) and Project Coordinator for the Texas Family Well-Being Initiative. Working alongside Board Treasurer Sandra Cole, LPC, our governance team ensures clinical wisdom, transparent financial accountability, and purposeful civic coalitions.
